Warrior Off-Season Weightlifting
Schedule
Monday/Wednesday (Before School): 7:00-7:50 AM
Tuesday/Thursday (After School): 3:45-5:15 PM
If you
are in a Spring Semester Weight Class, you need to attend only
Wednesday weights, and Tuesday/Thursday Agility sessions.
If you
are playing a Winter Sport, you need to attend only Monday and
Wednesday morning sessions.
All
Spring sports athletes will be with football unless they have an
afternoon obligation, which must be addressed with Coach Olson.
