The Book Fair will be at OCES from Thursday, March 27th (Teacher Preview) - Thursday, April 3rd. We have an amazing selection of books to choose from! At the Book Fair you will find the latest and finest titles for kids, as well as books of interest to adults. Pick up some books to read during spring break or get a jump on your summer reading. While there, don't forget to take a look at the Teacher Wish Board so that you can contribute book(s) to your child's classroom library.
The Book Fair is a great way to get everyone excited about reading. For more information about the OCES Book Fair, please click here to visit our Scholastic homepage.
If you will not be able to to visit the Book Fair with your child, you can visit our Online Book Fair to place your orders from March 22 - April 11. You will be able to shop by age, grade, category, price and more! Books will be delivered to the school. A percentage of the proceeds will go towards the OCES media center.
Thank you for your support!

Volunteers who spend extended, independent time with students in schools are now required to review training materials provided by the Georgia Department of Education and complete a volunteer information form. Such individuals should click here to access the materials and the form, and return the completed form to the appropriate school principal.
Oconee County Elementary has once again received the Title 1 Distinguished School Award! This is the 7th year in a row that OCES has been presented with this award. A special thanks to goes to Carol Reddish, our Title 1 teacher, for all her hardwork. Congratulations!
We welcome you to our school! OCES is an exciting place to be! This website will provide you with information about our school, students, instructional program and community. We are pleased with the continual success of our students and their teacher's instructional commitment. We are fortunate to have a strong foundation of support from our parents, the community and the Board of Education. Without their support, the degree of success we have achieved would not be possible.
