Your participation is important!
The Speak Up National Research project annually polls K-12 students, parents, and educators about the role of technology for learning in and out of school. The survey provides participants with the opportunity to have input into local district technology decisions, state level initiatives, and federal policies and programs. Please help guide us by completing the survey.
Our BOB participants have been working hard reading their assigned books to prepare for the first elimination round scheduled for Monday, October 27th. Team advisors will be assigned on Monday, and teams will report to them after school for the elimination round. The media center at OCES is in need of volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering, you are required to review training materials provided by the Georgia Department of Education and complete a volunteer information form. Click here to access the materials and the form. Once you've completed the training and form, please contact Debra Newman in the media center to schedule a time to volunteer. Thank you.
We welcome you to our school! OCES is an exciting place to be! This website will provide you with information about our school, students, instructional program and community. We are pleased with the continual success of our students and their teacher's instructional commitment. We are fortunate to have a strong foundation of support from our parents, the community and the Board of Education. Without their support, the degree of success we have achieved would not be possible.
